By participating in beta testing of the Symphonova UK Ltd. device (the “Device”), whether in workshops or individual studio settings, you (“User”) accept the following terms:

1. Limitation of Liability
Symphonova, along with its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury to property or persons resulting from using, handling, or operating the Device during or after beta testing. This includes potential impacts on equipment, personal items, or health.

2. User’s Assumption of Risk
The User understands that, as a beta product, the Device may contain defects or malfunctions. By participating, you accept all associated risks, such as software or hardware issues, for as long as you continue to use the Device.

3. Waiver of Claims
By using the Device, you waive any claims against Symphonova or its affiliates for damages, loss, or injury incurred from the Device. This includes any claims related to negligence, product liability, warranties, or failure to warn, and remains effective while you use the Device.

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Symphonova and its affiliates from any claims or costs arising from your use of the Device.

5. No Warranty
The Device is provided “as is,” with no guarantees or warranties, including those related to merchantability, fitness, or performance.

6. Acknowledgment
By participating in beta testing and continuing to use the Device thereafter, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
