FOR CONDUCTORS:

The MicroSymphonova Conducting System

The MicroSymphonova conducting system empowers conductors with a revolutionary tool to rehearse the most complex scores. For the first time, conductors can get instantaneous, precise and objective auditory feedback on their gestures. They are finally free to explore the biggest and most complex scores without the limitations of logistics and cost.

At the heart of the system is Symphonova conducting software integrated in a discrete bracelet, providing conductors with full control over the expressive behaviour of virtual instruments, while using conventional conducting gestures. Conductors can practice control over their beat or explore different ways of shaping expression over the full orchestra, selected instruments or sections. And they can work on their own or rehearse with their soloists.

The system was developed by Symphonova conductor Shelley Katz and has been used for over a decade in concerts and recording productions. The system is now in Beta testing – do get in touch with us if you are interested in taking part.
